I spent a little more than 10 years working in customer relations in different sectors (events, retail and arts and crafts). I worked as a shop assistant for a few years, and then became the head of three departments in the arts and crafts shop I was working in. I loved learning new technical skills and then transmitting it in a simple, understandable, either to my team or my customers.

After 7 years in the same company, and without any evolving possibilities, I decided to leave and broaden both my professional and personal horizons! I am now looking for new opportunities to learn and share what I learnt. I am desperately seeking new adventures out of France, in a company that doesn't only value productivity and rentability, but focusses on winning customer's loyalty and employees' well-being.
